Summary of Solution 4 of 5: Goal Setting

4. Target tangible prospects of change that can be achieved by (among other methods) creatively confronting high profile business and political decision makers who will either bear the shame of continued support for an indefensible position or be "tilted" into taking a stance more closely aligned with the specific preferred remedies to be suggested.  The general idea stems from the inability of increasingly large groups to achieve infinitely larger goals (i.e. millions of street protestors couldnít stop the US from attacking Iraq).  By wisely selecting crucial--yet smaller--tangible prospects of change, the bigger picture will be altered by increasing the overlap between what Dr. Stephen R. Covey calls the sphere of concern and the sphere of influence.
